Hi, I’m Emma—one part of the “Kindells” behind the “Co.” I left my corporate job in 2019 to found Kindell Co., bringing nearly 15+ years of experience in corporate communications. The reason? I wanted to help companies communicate better with their internal and external audiences, while also spending more time with my family. (Three little girls in the Kindell crew!)

My husband, Matt, is a teacher and brings his passion for learning and development to the table when applicable. He’s also working towards his project management certification, making him a value asset to change communications.
